A few winters ago, I went for my daily walk and noticed some beautiful pink flowers blooming on shrubs at a nearby condo building. After a little research I identified them as Camellia Japonica Debutante, and thus began my obsession with Camellias and the quest to fill my shade garden with a variety of them.
This week I went for my daily walk and the Debutante is in bloom again, so I stopped for a while and admired them.
